BIG CITY THINKING.
FOCUSED ON YOU
We like nothing better than turning skeptical, discerning, demanding insurance shoppers into trusting clients who call us with problems and questions for all their insurance needs. Here’s how we do it, step by step.
Face-to-face meeting. We value personal connection and relationships. But…if you need or prefer to work long distance, we know how to do that too.
We review, compare and contrast EVERY document, reading EVERY line, that relates to your current coverage and insurance needs.
We ask a lot of questions—even about things you didn’t know were relevant. (“Nobody ever asked me that before” is something we hear often.) We take the trouble to thoroughly understand your situation and your industry and figure out ALL the risk factors.
We do the research. This is the hard part. We use all our experience, inside knowledge and contacts to find the carrier and policy that give you the right coverage and best value: not too much, not too little, but exactly right.
We give you our recommendation and explain any options so you decide what’s most important. If you say yes…
We painstakingly scrutinize the proposed policy to make sure there are no mistakes, no surprises, no worries.
That’s only the beginning. When you’re a Graf client we maintain constant watch to monitor changes at insurance carriers and anything that might affect your coverage. We provide you with regular one-page summaries of your coverage so you have a handy capsule overview.
And of course we support the claims process as needed. Our care in making the right match and focusing on detail means you can feel secure. “The insurance company couldn’t have been nicer” is the feedback we love to hear, and we hear it often.
